Hi! My name is Drew, and I am the creator of Going Green Kidz. I am a homeschooler, so I have a lot of time on my hands to learn and explore!
In 2020, I began the thought process for what became my blog. At first my idea was to create a newsletter, but over time I decided to create a website instead.
The thing that lead me to climate change was polar bears. I first found out about the ice melting in a book, and it made me feel awful. I kept searching for more information: I searched the web, and watched documentaries. I tried to get all the info I could about why these poor bears were suffering so much, and that brought me to learn about climate change. I realized that tons of animals suffer just as bad or even worse than the polar bear. Only recently have I learned that people all over the globe suffer greatly too!
